    A Strategy Healthcheck costs from £995 + VAT

How will it work?

    I will come and meet you for an initial discussion about your business. We will discuss which people from your organisation should be involved in the Strategy Health-check and     agree a date for it. Ahead of the one-day session you will receive an information pack that includes:

  • Non Disclosure Agreement - something we will both sign so that you can rest assured that our conversation will be in confidence.
  • Questionnaire - a fifteen minute questionnaire for you to complete and return to us setting out the basic facts about your business.
  • Information Reference Guide - a guide to the information that will needed to refer to during the one-day session.

    After the one-day session you will receive a report summarising:

  • Main outputs from the session
  • Draft statements of strategy, motivation, vision and game plan
  • Recommendations for further actions to help you set your strategic course.
