My name is Paul Cunningham.

I advise businesses on developing their strategy and putting that strategy into action.

My twin priorities when helping businesses are clarity and focus.

I have more than 25 years experience of running entrepreneurial businesses, with particular expertise in Branded Retail & Wholesale, Multi-Channel Marketing, Operations, Resource Efficiency, Product Sourcing & Design and Customer Relationship Management. My product sector experience is diverse and includes Home-wares, Furniture, Apparel, Gifts, Finance, Media and Design. 

My aim is to help businesses with the most important challenge of all: the articulation of a clear strategy.
